I am a Decisive Floor Manager equipped to lead high-performing teams in retail environments. Who delegates tasks and coordinates workflows to optimise productivity. I also delivers constructive feedback to enhance team performance and promote professional development within the workplace. I am also always prepared to take on new challenges and try my very hardest in order to achieve success. I am also incredibly enthusiastic at work and am always determined to resolve customer problems to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
After roughly a year and a half as a crew trainer I climbed my way up the ladder by going through all the required E-Learning for the Floor Manager position. Here I took on many extra responsibilities and also took a first aid at work course paid for by the company in which I passed. The following list contains all skills and experience I have learned so far at H&S Restaurants.
I started working with H&S Restaurants at the end of 2021 as a crew member on a 90 day probationary period, in this period I exceeded my managers expectations and at the end of it they made the decision to promote me to Crew Trainer. As a Crew Trainer I took on the extra responsibilities of dealing with training all crew members, updating their training, ensuring everyone was meeting expectations on shift and also ensuring all stations were kept up to standard. All the skills and experience I learnt here will be listed under my Floor Manager work history.
Grandad Jim is a family business ran by my mother and step-father. I began working here at 13 working after school and during the weekend. At first my responsibilities were primarily cleanliness and stock, but as I got more confident around customers I began to serve them, it was here where I built up my people skills and confidence around others.
