• Handle high-volumes of customers/members of the public and their complaints or queries efficiently under intense situations ensuring smooth and effective yet empathetic responses.
• Co-ordinate with colleagues and external stakeholders proficiently using situational judgement skills to ensure that Streetworks' services are delivered successfully.
• Inscribe meeting minutes with external stakeholders meticulously and efficiently to ensure that anything mentioned in the course of the fast-paced meeting is noted with maximum detail.

• An appraisal from my 3rd-level manager (the service director) for "speedy work" in getting a laborious report completed to "appreciate my support".
• Endorsement emails from customers I have assisted, for example: "Hi Jack, Can I just confirm that having been responsible for leading an architectural and surveying practice for over 40 years from offices in Barnsley and Leeds, your approach, help and positive assistance on this occasion has been most helpful and refreshing in often trying times. • Extensive amounts of certificates from completed training such as: ACT (Action Counters Terrorism), code of conduct, conference call etiquette, effective minute writing, managing yourself and your time, records management, GDPR, information management and many more.

• Use innovative skills with high attention to detail to manufacture and design web-pages and websites which not only standout to customers/viewers, but also can be easily deciphered by readers with visual or hearing impairment.
• Handle external stakeholders effectively by holding regular meetings and check-ups to ensure that their website/web-page is to their indispensable specification.
• Use exceptional team-working and leadership skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and portray visionary ideas.
