I am passionate and creative with a love for fashion, personal style and the way clothing can help people express who they are. I believe fashion is more than simply what you wear, it is a way of building confidence, expressing individuality and making people feel seen.
I particularly enjoy helping people discover styles that feel authentic to them, whether that means encouraging someone to step outside their comfort zone or finding the small details that make an outfit feel completely their own. I am naturally approachable, enthusiastic and attentive to people, and I enjoy creating an experience where customers feel confident in their choices.
I am excited by the fast paced and people focused nature of fashion retail. I am keen to develop my customer service and retail skills while contributing to a welcoming environment where every customer can find something that feels uniquely theirs
I have previously volunteered with adults with disabilities, supporting individuals with a range of needs while helping with gardening activities, shared spaces, and day to day tasks. This experience strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, listen attentively, and adapt my approach to different people, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and supported.
Working closely with others also developed my patience, teamwork and confidence when building positive relationships. I learned the importance of being approachable, understanding individual needs and creating a welcoming environment, qualities I can bring directly into a customer facing role, where making each customer feel heard, valued and confident is just as important as the product itself.
