I stay active by going to the gym, playing football and attending football matches. I value the team aspect of football, which has helped me develop my confidence, communication and leadership skills. Regular gym training allows me to set personal goals, maintain a disciplined schedule and progress both physically and mentally. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as meeting new people and building positive relationships.
