I have worked on the postnatal ward and then moving out to community which is where i currently work and now work for a specialized team, which involves caring for women and babies who require extra support during their pregnancy and postnatal period, this also involves identifying individual needs, managing a case load and working with multi disciplinary teams to ensure families get the correct care and support required.
