Additional Information

I have been working within order to cash for 4 years, within this time I have seen several changes within the department, all of which have impacted the role I was working in. This gave me the opportunity to help with the transformation, and also shows that I am adaptable to changing processes which help towards continuous improvement. From working within the business, and being involved in several process changes whilst working in different roles, I have gained a very good understanding of the key GDFO (gas distribution front office) systems, this has been further supported during recent UAT (User Acceptance Testing), whilst carrying out this testing, we came across problems that required solving, for which I used my departmental knowledge to assist our Keytree and Wipro partners to find the root cause and come up with solutions to resolve these issues in a productive and timely manner using several performance excellence tools I've been involved in the implementation and embedding of the PEx process within my current department. I have done this by ensuring that the relevant KPI information is up to date and reflects the information the team and management need to see. I utilised several performance excellence tools to ensure the information shown was visual, relevant and easy to understand.
