• Taking charge of a team of store colleagues with purpose of ensuring that their branch performs well
• Responsible for promoting a great customer experience for all who visit the store and must ensure that this approach is instilled in all the colleagues.
• Coaching staffs to work well with customer and support them towards this end in their growth and development
• Always ensuring the store and the team performs to the highest standards
• Motivating team to drive sales and find new opportunities to do so
• Taking care of the store’s KPIs such as Labour, Shrink and waste

Planning in advance including shift patterns, product availability and busy times throughout the day to so that those essential products are there for customers and everything runs like clockwork

• Preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials and seminars in assigned subjects
• Developing lesson plans and teaching materials based on the national curriculum and textbook board syllabus
• Assessing student performance through class tests, assignments, presentations and exams
• Guiding and mentoring students to help improve their academic performance
• Maintaining classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment
• Encouraging students to participating in curricular and extracurricular activities

• Teaching foundational to advanced math topics based on the syllabus (SSC and HSC level)
• Guiding students through problem solving techniques, formulas and exam strategies
• Focusing on speed, accuracy and time management for solving complex problems
• Teaching grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension and writing skills
• Helping students to improve their performance in English 1st and 2nd papers
• Covering key topics in accounting like Journal entries, Ledgers, trial balances, income statements and balance sheets
• Teaching problem solving strategies for both theoretical and numerical accounting problems
• Preparing students for SSC and HSC exams
