I Believe I am a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in customer service and team collaboration. I enjoy making an effort to create a friendly atmosphere and maintaining these standards by adapting under pressure. I understand the importance of verbal communication and active listening, ensuring effective interactions with both clients and colleagues. I'm flexible with working hours, including late shifts and take pride in being relied upon when shifts need to be covered or gaps in the rota need to be filled. These standards I set myself to are maintained during all occasions, busy shifts during football season and school holidays aren't new to me and it's in these fast paced environments where I believe I truly thrive.
