Working as Theatre Support Worker, I learned and provided - pre, intra operative and post operative care for patients . I provided safe, effective and efficient care environment not only for patients, but also for nurses and my team.

Helping team to manage surgical instruments, coordinating within team and other members of multidisciplinary team.

Arranging Operating theatres setting up camera stacks, operating lights, suction devices, suture materials trolleys, cleaning and avoid infections while avoiding any contamination , disposing of waste.

Facilitate repairs/replacements as necessary to guarantee functionality.

Stay update on latest invasive methodologies through peer learning , attending trainings provided by Trust and also self- learning through journals.

• Enhanced wellbeing of patients by providing emotional support and companionship.

I have worked in more than 10 years experience of working in Health Care Industry. I started my career in United Kingdom as Health Care Assistant, in Care Home. Working in Care Home, I learned leadership , organisational , listening skills, ability to manage challenging situations ability to manage stressful situations.

These skills helped me to build confidence and self- belief, I developed my analytical skills for my personal and professional development. .

Whilst working as health care assistant in Care Home my main duties

include: providing personal care- such as showering oral hygiene and dressing. Monitoring health and well being, maintaining records, like- fluid management, food chart, vital signs and reporting any changes.

I also provide emotional support and companionship.
