• Providing housing and homeless assistance and advice to applicants in the Greater Belfast Area

• Ability to incorporate new regulations into my daily working. I have had to quickly understand and implement new rules to secure housing for Ukrainian refugees arriving in Northern Ireland.

• Analysing and understanding regional statistics in order to find the best solution tailored to each service user
• Meeting customer's in person and completing home visits in order to better understand each individuals' needs.

• Ordering stock (alcoholic beverages, cleaning equipment, uniforms, etc.) to the business
• Creating a rota, ensuring enough staff is on site while being cautious not to over-staff the bar

• Engaging with the local community and statutory bodies to ensure the health and safety of staff, customers and local residents.

Summit Camp is a summer camp in Pennsylvania, USA which provides therapeutic recreational programmes for youths which have social or emotional learning challenges. I spent two summers here, some of my duties included:

• Trusted to supervise 8-10 children at the camp.
• Forming relationships with a multi-national team of workers.
• Building trust with children with neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD and Autism.
• Completing fundamental training in dealing with challenging behaviours and mediation.
• Ensuring each child is administered their medication at the prescribed times.
• Ensuring all dietary requirements are met.
• Communicating with parents
