Recently graduated from Ulster University with First Class Honours in Business Economics. Summit Camp is a summer camp in Pennsylvania, USA which provides therapeutic recreational programmes for youths which have social or emotional learning challenges. I spent two summers here, some of my duties included:

  • Trusted to supervise 8-10 children at the camp.
  • Forming relationships with a multi-national team of workers.
  • Building trust with children with neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD and Autism.
  • Completing fundamental training in dealing with challenging behaviours and mediation.
  • Ensuring each child is administered their medication at the prescribed times.
  • Ensuring all dietary requirements are met.
