I joined Scottish Amicable in 1991 working in Company Pensions. I tuped through Prudential and Capita and moved over to Adviser Maintenance & Payments in 2011 on return from maternity leave. I then moved over to Diligenta and was made redundant in September 1991. During my career I dealt with all aspects of customer service including complaint handling, customer contact by phone and complex case communications. My job also involved training new staff and the development of existing staff. I pride myself on providing an excellent service to customers over this time.
