I am a compassionate, reliable and motivated individual currently working as a Pharmacy Dispenser within a busy Healthcare environment, and I am eager to progress into a Recovery Co-ordinator role where I can make a meaningful difference to people lives. Through my current role, I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, regularly supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds whilst handling sensitive information with professionalism, empathy and confidentiality.
Working in Pharmacy has strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, manage competing priorities and building trusting relationships with patients and healthcare professionals alike. I understand the importance of person-centred support and treating individuals with dignity, respect and without judgement, I am particularly passionate about supporting vulnerable people to improve their wellbeing, independence and overall quality of life.
I am drawn to the recovery Co-ordinator role with Waythrough because of its focus on empowering individuals through recovery and creating positive change within the community, I am keen to further develop my knowledge and skills within mental health substance misuse support and would welcome the opportunity to undertake further training, including working towards relevant qualifications where required.
I am a strong team player with excellent organisational skills, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others achieve sustainable recovery outcomes. I believe my healthcare experience, caring nature and commitment to supporting people make me a strong candidate for this role.
