I am responsible for providing excellent customer service in a busy hospitality environment.
My job includes taking food and drink orders, serving meals and beverages promptly, and ensuring customers have a positive dining experience. Remove personal pronoun serve food and a variety of hot drinks to customers whilst greeting them with a positive attitude. I also assist with special events, functions, and private bookings, including setup, service, and clear-down. Cleaning is a big part of my job, which I enjoy. I fold cutlery and prepare table settings to maintain high presentation standards. I wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. I have also completed my level 2 food hygiene and safety qualification that I have found extremely helpful in a catering environment. This job has ultimately taught me to remain calm and patient when facing challenging customers, whilst improving my problem-solving skills to find quick solutions to problems.

In the Halfway house, I provide friendly and efficient customer service on a busy golf course, preparing and serving food and beverages to golfers and visitors.
The main part of my job includes preparing and serving takeaway food, including bacon sandwiches and other light refreshments. I also make hot beverages such as tea, coffee, and hot chocolate for customers. Another part of my job as a manager is that I process customer transactions accurately using a card payment machine. I make sure to handle sales efficiently by calculating customer orders and ensuring correct pricing and payments. I restock food, drinks, and other food items like chocolate bars and crisps to maintain product availability throughout shifts. At the end of each shift, I monitor inventory levels and assist with stock checks. I carefully maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health and safety. But most of all, I provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming experience for customers and golfers.
