I am a friendly and enthusiastic 17-year old who is looking for a part-time job. I am able to adapt to fast- paced environments with demanding objectives for sales, service and quality. I have a talent for adapting to changing menus and policies, as well as handling customer issues. Along side school netball, I also play for a West Bridgford netball team as this helps with cooperation and leadership skills which I can apply to working here. I enjoy being part of this team as I am sociable and enjoy meeting new people. I will look forward to overcome new challenges and I am dedicated to identify customers' needs at your business and hope to deliver effective solutions to all problems. Also, I have proven ability to establish and maintain excellent communication and relationships with clients in my previous job.
My waitressing job at the carriage hall has allowed me to hold high quality standard due to the fact it was a wedding venue, no only did I provide excellent service, I was also required to be extremely flexible when I go sent to other restaurants in the chain (escabeche and baresca) this gave me the opportunity to be trained and be experienced in a restaurant environment.
Some qualities I have gained from my job is:
I worked in a sleepover company at a young age which involved me visiting customers’ houses, setting up the parties and ensuring the customers were happy. I would also help the following day with the collections. This helped me develop good reliability skills and customer service skills. As we were working one on one with customers, it helped me develop good social skills which enabled me to speak confidently to customers. My team was relatively small, meaning I was often faced with working independently meaning I had to use my own initiative to solve tasks unassisted.
