I am a highly motivated and dedicated learner with extensive expertise in genetics, genomics, and cancer biology. Recently, I successfully obtained my second master's degree in Genomic Medicine from Queen Mary University of London, specializing in the field of genomics at the esteemed William Harvey Research Institute. During this program, I undertook a groundbreaking project utilizing machine learning techniques to classify eQTLs for important genes. This experience not only enhanced my knowledge of whole genome sequencing but also honed my skills in bioinformatics, which are essential for implementing genomics in a clinical setting.

In addition, I hold a first-class distinction in my first master's degree in Cancer Biology from a renowned institution, GCRI in Ahmedabad, India. The completion of my dissertation on ovarian cancer provided me with invaluable laboratory experience in cancer research, allowing me to delve into the fascinating world of molecular biology through hands-on experiments, such as DNA/RNA extraction, RNA quantification, RT-PCR, and utilization of SPSS software.

Furthermore, I possess exceptional communication skills, adept self-analyzing and critical thinking abilities, and thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member. I am driven by a strong passion to further expand upon my accumulated knowledge and expertise, and as such, I am eager to pursue a PhD degree to delve even deeper into the field.

• My interest also lies in exploring regenerative medicine and the application of new molecular techniques like CRISPR cas9, GENE therapy etc. in designing desired stem cells.
• Apart from that, my interest lies in researching the models behind the metastasis and how it follows for various malignancy. Also, I believe targeting certain transcripts or the genes (house keeping genes) in cancer might help in stopping the progression of any cancers, for which I have developed an idea!
