During my time working here I gained a variety of skills regarding IT and customer interaction. My role was to repair and manage IT equipment such as computers, laptops, accessories etc. I learned overcoming new obstacles and working my way over them slowly gaining technical knowledge. Our job was to them transport the IT equipment to places such as offices, schools, warehouses to give to customers as we were mainly a charity organisation.
