I am aware that I may not have some of the experience required for this position but as a confident, adaptable and diligent professional, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and solve problems, I would, with some training and mentoring, be an invaluable asset. My enthusiasm and enjoyment of new challenges makes me well suited for this position and a change in career. Although I have excelled in a collaborative environment, my OU degree and PA experience demonstrates self-motivation and proactivity needed for this role and multi-tasking, organising and developing systems to navigate difficult situations and personalities to produce positive outcomes, were second nature when Fostering.
