Safety & Compliance:
- Enforcing strict Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the team correctly uses Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all Safety standards, start up safety checks completed on time.
- Leading and developing the team to ensure optimal production effectiveness in the best save manners.
- Set an example in safe considerate behaviour
- Assist the Managers in ensuring that all hazards affecting your area of supervision are identified and risk assessments are completed
- Make sure that all new employees under my supervision are trained to work safely, without injures to health.
- Make sure that all persons in my departments are familiar with the routine in case of fire / ammonia procedure.
- Good house keeping and hygiene standard are maintained through the day.
- Ensured that all accidents, dangerous occurrences and near misses are investigated promptly and reported and the action taken or recommended to prevent recurrence.
- Carry out a visual Health and safety inspection of the department and document all appropriate remedial action in respect of all reported defect complain relating H&S
Technical :
- Accountability for shift technical KPIs ensuring that the company targets are achieved and appropriate actions to resolve
- Leadership of quality culture within the shift
- Lead internal audits in the areas and record them
- Complete daily food safety and quality safety observations.
Quality Control:
- Monitoring line performance and product quality to ensure everything meets customer specifications .
- Maintaining up to date production, personnel and quality, safety records
