• Currently teaching Year 2 with previous experience teaching across Key Stage 2 (Year 3 - 6)
• Plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons across the full primary curriculum using a range of teaching styles

Maths Subject Leader

• Led introduction and implementation of new whole-whole school Maths scheme
• Delivered CPD to staff to support high-quality Maths teaching and ensuring consistent approach across school
• Monitoring of teaching and learning to ensure strong outcomes for all pupils

Assessment Leader

• Led whole-school assessment cycle, including data collection, analysis and reporting this to staff, governors and other stake holders
• Identifying strengths and areas of development within cohorts and tracking and addressing emerging trends across school
• Managing administrative tasks associated with statutory testing, including pupil registration and applications for access arrangements
• Track progress of all pupils from their starting points, including disadvantages learners
• Identify, track and monitor any gaps that exist between disadvantaged learners and their peers and support head, SENDCO and Pupil Premium leader in closing these gaps
• Use SIMS to produce and submit CTF data files for Early Years, Phonics Screening checks, Year 4 MTC and Year 6 Teacher Assessments

Safeguarding

• Deputy Designated Safeguarding lead
• Delivery of whole-staff safeguarding training - annually and top-up training throughout academic year
• Support Designated Safeguarding lead with completing annual safeguarding audit

Pastoral and Inclusion
