With over 20 years of experience in mainstream teaching and a deep understanding of supporting children with a wide range of special educational needs, I am looking to use my skills and experience whilst making a change in my career path. I have led on the strategic management of SEND for over 10 years, competently carrying out all the responsibilities as prescribed in the SEND Code of Practice. My successes in this field have been recognised in Ofsted inspections and by Local Authority inspections and I am now looking to use my expertise back in front line teaching. I am an exciting, innovative teacher who looks to engage children and prepare them in all aspects that will help term lead meaningful, happy and fulfilling lives. I have taught in all year groups, supporting children between the ages of 2-11 and have a proven track record of enabling them to achieve to their full potential.
