Waiting company contracted to run events for luxury fashion brands on Bond Street, e.g Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Patek Philippe.

Working as a music producer and sound designer, my most recent project was for a department of UAL called the Fashion Innovation Agency. I collaborated with one of their employees to produce original compositions to accompany a 3D designed fashion show, exploring what they may look like in the future.

• Responsible for delivering groceries whilst providing the level of customer service expected from Waitrose customers.
• Mediating dissatisfied customers and receiving feedback regarding item swaps and making amendments to their preferences for the future.
• Responsible for representing Waitrose and the company’s values in a public setting on the road. Always being courteous and an exemplary road user.
• A large demographic of people requiring home delivered goods are the elderly and less able. I was consistently required to aid and facilitate the delivery of the groceries going beyond the ordinary level of customer service.
