It has been a pleasure to have Chisom in my tutor group. She is hardworking, friendly, and sociable. Chisom has built up great relationships with her peers and teachers. Chisom has shown through her time at Cardinal Newman School that she can be resourceful, and adaptable. It has been rewarding to see the progress she has made, as both an academic student and a young person. Chisom regularly takes part in extra-curricular activities, and has attended a variety of after school events. This year Chisom has been a School Prefect, which is a fantastic honour. Being a School Prefect has involved supporting staff on duty, supporting school wide events such as Open Evenings, co-ordinating events such as bake sales, raising money for the school prom, and acting as a role model for younger students. Chisom has been an asset to the year group, and to the school.

Chisom has worked extremely hard throughout her time at Cardinal Newman School, as evidenced by being among the top 10% of students who achieved the best results in the November Mock Exams. She became a Prefect, and her dedication has been evident in many extracurricular activities. She has promoted Catholic life both in and outside the school by joining the Bible Study Club, reading, and carrying the Eucharist during liturgies and Holy Mass. She has participated in many school assemblies, such as the Women's Day Assembly and the Black History Month Assembly, and has served as a member of the Student Council. She has volunteered at the Film Club and has consistently been one of the highest-achieving students in the school, with the most achievement points in Year 10. Chisom has particularly enjoyed studying Geography but is planning to study A-level Science, which aligns with her future plans to pursue a career in medicine or dentistry. I wish her the very best for the future.
