I worked in a infectious disease and Travel medicine ward. Day to day work, I provide care for all service users including personal hygiene care by promoting independency and taking observations, updating NEWS scores and liaising with the in-charge nurse, reporting to the nurse in charge if any significant changes in the patient's physical and mental condition.

I used my IT skill for all clinical records, notes &charts, DATIX are updated in PPM. I
