Responsibilities

In my current role as an estate agent, I manage and support a diverse portfolio of clients, including both residential buyers and property investors, guiding them through the purchasing process from initial enquiry to completion resulting in repeat business. I conduct property viewings, presenting homes effectively while identifying client needs and investment potential. A key part of my role involves proactive business development, consistently generating new opportunities through a combination of warm and cold outreach, including telephone prospecting and occasional door-to-door engagement, maintaining a minimum target of 80 outbound calls per day. Additionally, I carry out property valuations, providing accurate market appraisals and strategic advice to clients to maximise property value and sales potential
