I would run and oversee lots of different events such as birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries and corporate events.

This helped me gain good crisis management skills while maintaining calm in high pressure situations.

I would set up and take down any decorations and equipment used at these events and follow strict schedules throughout to ensure things were consistently running smoothly.

I oversee other members of staff and make sure everyone knows what tasks to be doing and how to do it.

I can manage large-scale events from initial planning to successful completion.

I worked mostly on the front desk serving customers and taking orders.

I provided excellent customer service to enhance business reputation and help create customer loyalty.

I would confidently put orders through the till and take payments in person and over the phone.

Taking phone calls was a big part of my job and I managed to do so while demonstrating great customer service skills.

I could easily handle difficult customers, resulting in conflict resolution and less complaints.

I was always flexible to cover shifts and work extra time as required,

I would set up and host birthday parties for children of all ages and implemented creative strategies that resulted in fun, unforgettable parties.

I delivered high levels of energy and enthusiasm throughout every party and made sure all participants where having the best time possible.

I developed skills in admin as I would be checking guests in and taking bookings.

During the parties, I would prepare food and drinks for all guests which helped me to develop good time management skills whilst adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
