I am a well mannered, articulate and conscientious person who is patient, understanding and adaptable to the emotional and communication needs of others.
I bring a calm and solution-focussed attitude to my work and face challenges with empathy, resilience and a genuine commitment to helping others feel heard and supported. I aim to go beyond what is
expected of me, not just by completing tasks, but by being present, compassionate and truly listening always respecting the dignity, values and lived experiences of those I support.
Outside of work and and study, I spend a lot of my time volunteering with multiple charities, where I focus on championing mental health awareness and challenging stigma. Im passionate about informing and empowering my community and supporting those who face barriers to accessing help.
I also enjoy reading classic literature, exploring history and investing in personal development. Staying active is important to me, so i regularly take part in outdoor and physical activities to maintain my wellbeing.
