Duties Include:

• Observe, monitor, and record clients' physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff
• Administering medication to clients
• Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning, and movement of clients
• Accompany clients to medical appointments
• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating, and toileting
• Speaks with family to arrange schedule and activities and stay apprised of client's well-being and needs
• Helping to create a stimulating and homely environment
• Helping to organize and participate in recreational activities
• Helps clients with self-care, such as toileting, bathing, dressing, brushing teeth, etc
• Assists clients with household finances, such as paying bills, and managing money
• Managing clients' care logs and medical requirements
• Assists clients with mobility as needed, transporting them from one location to another with a wheelchair or other form of support.
