Alexei Rollett

Having worked as a classroom assistant on my work experience, I quickly picked up skills such as multi-tasking, working well in a team and someone with good communication skills. I feel I was approachable to both students and adults alike and demonstrated good attention to detail as well as working collaboratively to achieve the best outcome for the students I was supporting. I believe that my role as prefect at school also enabled me to further improve and develop these skills and this is something I feel I could bring to my next job.

In my spare time I am often found looking after my 2 younger brothers (ages 1 and 8) due to my responsible nature and reliability. Outside of collage, I manage my time efficiently by completing all my academic work and keeping on top of my work loads.
