I currently work as a Aftersales Advisor at Arnold Clark, I have been fully qualified as a Parts Advisor since December 2021, serving my apprenticeship before then. I am now undertaking Aftersales courses by learning the roles of service advisor, and workshop controller. I am always looking to progress further within my role. Examples of this would be achieving my accreditation as a BMW parts advisor which included two weeks training at the BMW academy. I have also assisted management in some duties such as Month End reports, how to manage obsolete stock as well as my daily tasks of stock management, and dealing with trade and retail customers. I have been coaching our Aftersales apprentice in the parts side since March 2023.
