Throughout my work experience week at the primary school, I was taught how to make the area as safe as possible, but to allow students the freedom to express and enjoy their day under my care. I did this by:
- Assisting in keeping a safe environment for teachers and students by managing behaviour and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Organizing resources and helping with administrative tasks for the smooth delivery of lessons throughout the day
- Ensuring safety through communication and supervision by following the schools policies and procedures.
