Communicating clearly and professionally with supervisors, colleagues, and family members to ensure consistent, person-centred care.

• Supporting patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Assisting with mobility, transfers, and wheelchair use. Preparing patients for treatments and procedures. Maintaining accurate patient records. Ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
