  • I am proud of 2 recent projects in Mykola Hryshko National Botanic Garden: the creation of the watering system in its Arboretum (please read the article in which I am the co-author in BGjournal 19.2 - University botanic gardens: contributing to plant conservation, research & education, on page 13) and the #HeatforGreenhouses project devoted to the survival of the unique collection of tropical and subtropical plants (we have raised almost 70 000 pounds to keep the greenhouses in winter 2022/2023 and managed to purchase 242 tons of Pellets, plus I have also attracted the additional donor who has installed three heating pumps covering one of the greenhouses - 450 sq
  • Meters and other donors who provided four generators to cover the electricity needs during the blackouts, we were also able to pay the energy audit of the Greenhouses

  • Achievements: Since the technical merger of two banks in the Autumn of 2013, the Bank has changed its status from one office boutique Bank to a universal Bank with lots of branches, which also became quite a challenge for the team
  • The task was to centralize the work with the non-bank financial sector, which is compliance-sensitive
  • I have managed to cover this business for the whole network of 155 branches throughout Ukraine
  • One of the most challenging issues I solved was the creation of the financial guarantee mechanisms for the Nuclear Insurance Pull of Ukraine and the work on creating the agriinsurance market in Ukraine.
