- Designing, planning, and running experiments for the following objectives: i. the effects of ETH-1 upon ROS generation in mouse skeletal muscle myocytes grown in diabetic-mimic conditions and ii. the effects of NOX inhibition upon ROS generation in ETH-1 stimulated mouse skeletal muscle myocytes grown in diabetic-mimic conditions.
