• I have been at a volunteering factory youth zone for a year and a half now but I, myself has been going to the place for 7 years which I enjoyed. In volunteering I went through training and learned skills such as dealing with people with disabilities ,ethnic minorities, People with traumas, first aid, health and safety and I am now learning boxing training where I learn to train other children boxing .In high school I did leadership training where I was a leader for younger kids while they did their sports days for example in football, netball, basketball etc as I also participated with encouragement and supporting them while doing this I got good recognition and got told I was a perfect leader and was a very good role model for younger kids. In school I did prefect work where I was a guardian angel and also a role model for the younger years and took part in assembly speaking's in front of everyone which shows how confident I am. I also tutored a young lady for maths after I left high school for a while until she was confident in understand the basis of maths which she is now achieving very well. In volunteering I learn to communicate well with kids and developing a good relationship with them by becoming an amazing role model with them. This includes special needs kids we like to treat them equally, so sessions run joint. I Also have been working at Tkmaxx for 3 years now and this have gained for me to develop millions of skills like customer service a lot of training which includes health and safety etc I really enjoy working there as it made me grow as a person.
