Through my personal experiences, with regard, being a mother to a child on the spectrum, I have developed skills in being openminded and approachable towards other educators, administrators and people in my everyday life.
I have realised that what we learn theoretically might not work for everyone practically. However, because of that, I'm motivated in helping students cope with academic and social pressures. To aim for excellent communication, problem-solving and to help with relationship building skills.
