I am a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented person who has a strong background in warehouse operations and customer service.

I have consistently worked in a fast-paced environment, which strengthened my skills of accuracy, organisation, and people management.

Working at DHL Sainsbury’s, I developed a strong attention to detail while following strict procedures. Working in a high-pressure warehouse environment required me to accurately pick and process stock, carry out stock checks, and operate machinery safely while meeting tight deadlines. This role strengthened my ability to remain focused, minimise errors, and take responsibility for the quality of my work—skills that are essential when handling sensitive information and ensuring compliance.

working at Curry's, I was responsible for handling cash, processing transactions accurately, and handling customer data. I also often interacted with various customers, understanding their needs and addressing any issues in a professional and effective ways. Within two months, I was recognised as a top-performing salesperson, consistently achieving targets and receiving multiple awards, demonstrating my ability to deliver results while maintaining high standards of service.

I’m really good at following processes and picking up new systems quickly. I’ve worked with stock systems, order collection, and till operations, so I’ve built up some solid IT and admin skills. I know how important it is to be accurate and accountable, especially when handling financial or sensitive info.

Through my education, I have achieved an HND in Social Science and am currently awaiting results for my honours degree, specialising in history with politics which I'm expecting a 2-1. This has developed my analytical thinking, research skills, and ability to understand complex information.

Outside of work, I have been involved in charity work, including supporting men’s mental health and participating in cross-community projects in Belfast when i lived there and help support my mum through her ASM group for my nephew, as he is non verbal Autistic.
