* Ensuring smooth checkouts, with efficient bagging and wrapping.

* Handling of cash and card payments

* Assisting customers to find clothing suited to their needs

* Assisting management with shop floor layouts and visual merchandising

* Maintaining a clean and appealing shop environment

* Building rapport with frequent shoppers to promote a loyal customer base.

* Assisting with inventory and maintaining accurate records.

* Upholding company policies when dealing with refunds and exchanges.

* Managing stock levels on the shop floor for continuous product availability.
