Working for a firm specialising in environmental and sustainable solutions, I gained hands-on experience with constantly evolving sustainability practices and compliance procedures. Working under pressure within diverse teams, I consistently aimed to maintain the highest standard of customer satisfaction whilst upholding strict safety and environmental standards, an endeavour that constantly tested my ability to tackle operational problems and deliver practical solutions.

Highlighted my ability to pick and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy under time pressure. This required close teamwork, organisation and a meticulous approach to detail to ensure daily targets were met without error.

I managed a broad range of practical responsibilites independently, from livestock care to machinery operation. This tested, but equally showcased, strong organisational skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise different tasks that although equally as important, were competing.

Supported service delivery in a high-pressure kitchen, often stepping into the front of house when required. This developed my adaptability under pressure, whilst also highlighting skill in managing and resolving challenges within a faced-paced team environment.

Checking guest satisfaction regularly and addressing any issues promptly, I delivered exeptional guest experiences at large events, communicating with the clients and resolving their issues efficiently.

I assisted residents, many of whom living with dementia or alzheimers, with their daily tasks. In doing this I developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an emotionally demanding environment.
