
I'm a Highly organized and empathetic former Teaching Assistant with nearly 4 years of experience in managing busy environments and supporting diverse needs. I've worked profusely on different ways to conduct clear communication, scheduling, and conflict resolution. I'm now looking to leverage these core fundamental interpersonal skills and transfer it into a fast-paced administrative role.
With my job, I had to be deeply dedicated and adaptable, quite often having to think outside the box in scenarios which may not always have been foreseen, this has benefitted me in multiple other ways, as I've developed a strong sense of patience and understanding towards most walks of life.
Furthermore, as a Teaching Assistant, naturally I've developed strong background in facilitating group projects, coordinating schedules, and adapting to changing priorities. I also established strong problem solving skills when things didn't go to plan.
