I am a keen runner and have started to enter certain different races recently, the last being the Aintree half marathon. I find running a great way to keep fit and healthy but also a nice way to clear my mind in the evening. I often demonstrate my expertise around running, offering preventative measures, and treatment for specific MSK conditions. I feel passionate about effectively resolving issues for patients to minimize discomfort and maximize outcomes, especially when it comes to running because I know how it feels.
Following from running, I am also a keen footballer. I have played and captained AFC Darwen under 18s since I was 14 years old and played for Darwen Rangers before that. I now play Sunday league with my mates as a social hobby on the weekends. I am an organized and dependable captain, and I was successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities to meet team goals.
I have a car and can drive, making me eligible for home visits.
