• I must manage my time to ensure patients needs are met whilst also allowing for sufficient time to liaise with multidisciplinary services and ensure patient records are completed in a timely but comprehensive manner.

Roles and responsibilities for this period were similar to that of a Crisis Clinician however I was required to seek supervision for decisions made, ensuring both the patient and I were protected.

• Ensured patients took all medications as prescribed by their doctor, recording details of timings and side effects.
