  • Provide day-to-day support to the directors including: complex and dynamic calendar management for internal and external meetings, managing heavy European and International travel arrangements.
  • Manage team meeting schedule, structure, agenda, minutes and follow-up – Particularly with regards to the Leadership Meetings which are approx. 1 week and need full attendance and constant note taking and action plan – so attending these in full.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with key partners in other departments – particularly in the External Relations and Brand Team arena.
  • Assist in the preparation of correspondence, briefs, presentations, and packets for internal and external meetings – particularly focus on the power-point presentations for bi monthly meetings and the monthly External Relations highlights for team.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations using Power-point.
  • Concur – This was my biggest role supporting the expenses for the team. The team paid for all Shell events on Concur and cross charged. I managed and expensed over £1.3 Million of spend and crossed charged.
  • Organize space planning for Shell on 23rd Floor of Shell Head Office.
