• Delivered investment-grade technical due diligence, constructability assessments, CAPEX modelling and early-stage risk evaluations to support development decisions and EPC tendering.
• Directed Enel’s internal design room, coordinating electrical, civil and SCADA/PPC engineering and governing technical quality through IFC release, EPC interface management and construction design resolution.
• Worked directly with TSO/DSO engineers on advanced reactive-power capability, voltage compliance and dynamic-performance requirements — including early VAR capability and grid-readiness analysis for South Africa’s REIPPP programme.
