• Develop trust with families via multiple communication channels including in person sessions, written progress assessments and service improvement plans whilst providing emotional support.
• Recruit and train high-quality healthcare providers to perform to deliver best practice standards in domiciliary care.
• Design onboarding training programmes and related e-learnings, monitoring outcomes and delivering refresher training sessions as required.
• Create, implement and adhere to bespoke individual care plans and maintain detailed records of medical histories, ensuring high levels of accuracy across all client documentation.
• Maintain a safe working environment for my team through strict adherence to health and safety regulations and providing forums for them to reflect on their practice in order to develop.
• Manage budgets and rota's to optimise efficiencies and drive decision making for the business.

Manage 5 berth caravan site - located on our family farm, which entails:

• Overseeing marketing & PR, bookings, payments and accounting for this business venture on a seasonal basis (April through to August).

• Design and manage website, social media and print marketing.
• Recruit casual workers and manage all related people tasks and administration (ie: Payroll, contracts and HR related activities).
• Responsible for Health & Safety related matters (ie: Conducting risk assessments, maintaining appropriate insurances, liaising with landlord and external vendors on maintenance issues).
• Teach classes.

Predominantly specialising in infertility, crisis pregnancy and adoption. A need was subsequently identified for a bespoke programme for pre-teens and teens to support them in developing strategies that enable them to have the tools to overcome the demands of school and home life so a Study Methods Programme was launched for this demographic.

• Advocate on behalf of clients to secure resources and support services.
• Present at conferences, contributing to the professional development of counsellors.
• Conduct numerous speaking engagements on the aforementioned topics.
• Provide private tutoring sessions in the techniques and principles of the Study Methods Programme.

• Developed comprehensive course materials for 1st and 2nd year students.
