Teddy Adams

I am responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas, disposing of waste, and supporting chefs with basic food preparation tasks. I help ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and safely at all times.

I worked as a seasonal Customer Assistant at Marks & Spencer during the Christmas period, helping customers with enquiries, replenishing stock, maintaining shop floor standards, and supporting the team during busy trading hours. I provided friendly customer service and helped ensure a positive shopping experience during the festive season.

I volunteered at parkrun, supporting the weekly events by helping with marshalling, setting up equipment, encouraging participants, and ensuring the event ran safely and smoothly. This role helped me develop teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.

During my week at Mintivo, I learnt how to build laptops which were sent to customers. I also learnt how to set up and configure software such as VPNs. During my time there, I got to see how different departments operate in a company.
