Lead organiser of up to 5 parties per shift, and supervise 12-18 children of all ages. Occasionally I will be asked to support the cafe.

Preparing activity areas to include the safe setting up and dismantling of equipment. It was my responsibility to ensure all equipment was stored safely and securely when not in use.

Ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard of hygiene.

Supervise recreational activities for individuals and groups.

Demonstrate boxing techniques, offer instructions, and provide support to participants as they practice new skills and assist in their development.

Offer positive reinforcement, motivate participants to set goals, and facilitate team-building activities.

Engage with the local community through outreach initiatives, promoting the benefits of Box Up Youth boxing programme

Actively participate in community events to raise awareness and support for the organisation.

Giving motivational speeches to the youth attendees.

Box up is a gym that helps the development of an "at risk" young person to avoid a life of crime.
