I consider myself to be a kind, gentle, caring and motivated individual seeking an early years apprenticeship. I have a genuine passion for supporting babies and young children's learning and development. I am interested in all aspects of the brain development. I would love to support my team to create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where the children are at the heart of every decision made.
I am a happy, fun, loving young woman and would love to be a fabulous role model to these young children.
I am reliable and have a willingness to learn and develop the new skills within an early years setting. I would be committed to following safeguarding procedures. Please consider me to join your team, I am eager to contribute while gaining hands on experience and working towards a professional childcare qualification.
I collect a primary aged child from school every day and ensure that she gets home safely. Whilst doing this job I have encountered many different experiences such as dealing with her emotions if something has happened in school, ensuring in safety in all weathers and using my common sense at all times to keep us both safe. I thoroughly enjoy this role and it gives me a great sense of satisfaction. I feel i have now become a creditable role model to her and the feedback I have had from her parents are that I have made a huge difference to their lives as they can rest assured that their little girl is safe after school.
I have been a keen volunteer at events organised by Bolton cares, here I have assisted people with learning disabilities aged from 18-80 to enjoy a well run event. The latest event I volunteered at was the Easter event, here I helped on the cake stall and judged the Easter bonnet competition. With this role I helped to set up activities, helped the supported people access them and also tidy away after. I feel I am a very confident person, I am kind and gentle and the feedback I had from the carers was all positive and they felt that I was trusted to look after these vulnerable adults.
