Patience and empathy are key to understanding and responding to the needs of young children

  • I have been passionate about football right from an early age, Playing for the football club has developed me from learning the basics of football to progression to a higher standard, playing for the team allowed my skill set flourish and knowledge to increase. I would say a large factor is communication skills talking to others, dealing, and learning to deal with conflict within my team and from other teams, I actively encourage, listen, and support others. I learned respect for others and their values with various ethnicities within a squad of players, l soon learnt each and every one of us has a common goal and we should respect each other's values and that comes from communication and having an understanding and appreciate other values. I was lucky enough to have picked up an award at a presentation evening at Manchester United Football Club Old Trafford.
