Motivated individual with a 1st Class Degree in Criminology. Engaged with former prisoners to analyse experiences with crime, rehabilitation, and societal re-integration, delivering guidance based on personal insights. Explored intervention programmes and risk factors related to youth offending, while developing strong communication skills through diverse roles in educational settings.
I have been running my own business in the last 5 years since finishing my degree. I wrote scripts for, created, presented and edited videos for my own YouTube channel. The channel has over 12k subscribers and over 300 full-length videos. I have built my own little community on YouTube and, while it was extremely fun and engaging, I have also received many private messages from young people regarding troubles they may be having. This reignited my passion of making a difference in the community and helping those who are disadvantaged. I was once in their shoes, and I know how this feels.

I started off working at the tills, but within a few weeks became the leader of the front desk workers at McDonald's.

I planned and organised events at the speakers' corner in Hyde Park. These events addressed relevant issues in society at the time. For example, topics such as racism, hate crime and solidarity were [and still are] huge back then. I would brainstorm these ideas, get it approved by the other members of the team, and we would then move on to designing these projects and how we can ensure they have a positive impact on those attending.
Responsibilities
My first venture on working with ''troubled'' youths, I was in charge of a group of children who were behind the rest of the class and were deemed to be ''special''. It was my duty to bring them up to date with the work while also actively listening, counselling and intervening in the event of any issues they may be facing.
