I currently work in the telemedicine hub as a qualified nurse . we assess patients health concerns virtually online in care homes across the country . we triage the patient to support them in the home, and refer on to other health care services if required.

we also manage goldline which is a unique service in this area offering help and support to pallative patients and there families


my role involves advanced communication skills, supervision, management and support for new staff and junior members of the team


to carry out my role we use various diffrent computer systems to upload and share information.

I was responsible for the day to day amangement of the unit, staff , patient care, and the general management of the building.

I also maaged the yearly budget for this unit


This was an NHS mangement role and as such required excellent communication skill, staff management and all this entails . computer skill and use of diffrent systems
